All PowerTrust Service Plans include Eatons eNotify Remote Monitoring enabling Eaton service technicians to remotely monitor your UPS and battery using one-way e-mails and notify you 7 x 24 of any critical alarm. Support agreements can be configured for practically any situation and can add Eatons battery monitoring technology to solve the leading cause of UPS load losses-bad batteries.
